Lovelution Leddy Hammock

Lovelution Leddy Hammock

I am a child of God, becoming more loving as I grow.

As I grow up spiritually, I express greater love – less self-centered and more Spirit-centered.

I learn to be more loving as I resolve to evolve.

Thank God for lovelution!  I resolve to evolve as a stronger and more loving child of God.

Responsive Reading for Sunday, February 11

“For we know partially and we prophesy partially, but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away.  When I was a child, I used to talk as a child, think as a child, reason as a child; when I became [mature], I put aside childish things . . . .   At present I know partially; then I shall know fully, as I am fully known” (I. Corinthians 13:9-12).

I am a child of God, becoming more loving as I grow.

“Love is patient … kind …. not jealous . . . not pompous . . . not rude, . . . not quick-tempered, it does not brood . . . rejoices with the truth …. bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.  Love never fails . . . .  So faith, hope, love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is love” (I Corinthians 13:4-13).

As I grow up spiritually, I express greater love – less self-centered and more Spirit-centered.

“God is love . . . .  Beloved, if God so loved us, we also must love one another . . . .  If we love one another, God remains in us, and his love is brought to perfection in us”  (I. John 4:8-10).

I learn to be more loving as I resolve to evolve.

“Whoever loves . . . remains in the light, and there is nothing in him to cause a fall” (I. John 2:10).

Thank God for “lovelution.”  I resolve to evolve as a stronger and more loving child of God.
