“If there is any encouragement in Christ, any solace in love . . . any compassion and mercy, complete my joy by being of the same mind, with the same love, united in heart, thinking one thing.  Do nothing out of selfishness . . . .  Have among yourselves the same attitude that is also yours in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 2 :1-5).

“And he ordered the crowds to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, he said the blessing, broke the loaves, and gave them to the disciples, who in turn gave them to the crowds.  They all ate and were satisfied, and they picked up the fragments left over – twelve wicker baskets full. Those who ate were about five thousand men, not counting women and children” (Matthew 14:19-21).

My prayers are answered as I share generously from my grateful heart.

“Rejoice always.  Pray without ceasing.  In all circumstances give thanks” (I. Thessalonians 5:16).

The grateful heart draws to itself great things.

“Let the peace of Christ control your hearts . . . .  And be thankful.  Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly . . . with gratitude in your hearts to God.  And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him” (Colossians 3:15-7).
