Winds of Change

Winds of Change

Judy Tafelski

Positive change starts within, with the surrender of a morning prayer.

As I surrender to my greatest, highest good, I stop resisting and start going with the flow.

I can meet the “winds of change” that I encounter in life and grow stronger every day.

“His favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning” (Psalm 30:5  King James Version).

I will surrender to my greatest highest good. I will release any fear that blocks my way.

“It is good to give thanks to the LORD,
to sing praise to your name, Most High,
To proclaim your love in the morning . . . .
For you make me jubilant, LORD, by your deeds;
at the works of your hands I shout for joy.
How great are your works, LORD!
How profound your purpose!” (Psalm 92:2-6).

For every step I take is taken in pure faith, and I am stronger every moment every day.

“If you set your heart aright and stretch out your hands toward him . . . .
Surely then you may lift up your face in innocence; you may stand firm and unafraid. For then you shall forget your misery, or recall it like waters that have ebbed away.  Then your life shall be brighter than the noonday; its gloom shall become as the morning” (Job 11:13-17).

My mind is willing and my heart is open wide. I trust my instincts and let Spirit be my guide.

“All you winds, bless the Lord;   praise and exalt him above all forever . . . .  Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his mercy endures forever” (Daniel 3:65).

I vow to live a life that’s real and true and free, as I continue walking in this mystery.
