Meet the Music Director

Sue K Riley has been the Music Director at Unity Church of Clearwater for over a decade, where she directs an adult and a youth choir, and leads the ten piece Church band. The UCC Music Ministry has flourished under her direction.

Sue has been working nonstop on music - if not her own, helping others to create and perform at their best.  Her latest collaboration is with Nashville Singer/Songwriter Fred Bogert.  The two wrote, recorded and produced a CD of Unity/New Thought music that can be used by churches for their contemporary services and choirs.  It is called Gathering in Song and is sold as a set along with a music book.

Most recently, Sue has become the Vice President of I to i Ministries, an organization dedicated to bringing "positive New Thought music for all faiths to all people as well as helping to transform lives and promote peace through music with a uniting spiritual message." I to i Ministries has created and currently promotes "Posi Palooza" over the whole country that showcase several New Thought artists at one venue.  These wonderful concerts have become quite popular.  Sue is helping to plan our second Posi Palooza here at UCC this coming February as well as keeping up the many Cafe Concerts and workshops. 

Sue is also the Chair of the Music Ministry Team of the Association of Unity Churches, and is also the Chair of the Music Committee the Annual Congress of the International New Thought Alliance.
