Unity Church Wedding Reservation

We're glad you've chosen Unity Church of Clearwater for your special day. Please fill out the following form to get things started.

Please make sure to call our wedding coordinator at (727) 531-0992 to make sure your preferred date & time are available.

Wedding times other than the one's listed can at times be accomodated.
An additional fee may apply if you choose a time outside our normal wedding times.

Please see the document titled "Wedding Guidlines" to determine which of our wedding packages will be right for your ceremony.

We require a $100.00 deposit to hold a date for you. If you would like to use a credit card, please stop by the church to place your deposit. If you prefer to use a check, you may mail it to:
