David Wong Yee comes from New York, to Peace Cottage, with 30+ years of experience to instruct Tai Chi Chuan as a Meditation and Martial Art. His background includes Ba Qua Chang & Hsing I Chuan, along with sword and staff forms. David is certified to teach Tai Chi Chuan, through Master William C.C. Chen, where he also trained with Master B.P. Chan.
David W. Yee holds a Dipl.Ac. and recently retired from Kings County Hospital, N.Y., as a Clinical Acupuncturist after 20+ years of service. He incorporates Shiatsu Acupressure with his classes to better reinforce knowledge of health in the human body.

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of awareness. It teaches posture, breath, mudra (hand postion), movement and mantra (sound current). Each class begins with a tune in, breathing exercises, warm ups, then a Yoga set followed by rest time and meditation. Kundalini Yoga strengthens and balances the glandular and nervous systems while it energizes and revitalizes!
Peace Cottage is a sattelite location for A Yoga Village.
The class teacher will explain A Yoga Village's affiliate program to all who feel led to attend!
